Community Guidelines

The Prodigies Compose Library is a place for teachers, parents, and musicians to share colorful sheet music with classrooms and families everywhere. Keep it kind, keep it kid-friendly.

The short version

• Accounts are for adults. Teachers and parents publish songs; students never need an account to play or print them.
• Never include children's personal information.No student names in titles, lyrics, or descriptions. "Ms. Rivera's 2nd Grade" is fine; "Sung by Mia Thompson" is not.
• Keep every word classroom-safe. Titles, lyrics, and descriptions should be appropriate for a five-year-old to read out loud.
• Share what's yours.Publish your own compositions and arrangements, or music in the public domain. Don't submit copyrighted melodies or lyrics you don't have the right to share.
• No spam.Don't use songs to advertise or link elsewhere.

Moderation

Songs publish immediately, and every song has a Report button. Our team reviews reports and removes anything that breaks these guidelines. Repeat problems lead to account removal.
