The Prodigies Compose Library ("the Service") is operated by Prodigies Music. By creating an account or publishing a song, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that violate the Community Guidelines.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the songs you publish.
• By publishing, you grant Prodigies Music and every visitor a worldwide, royalty-free license to view, play, print, download, and remix your song within the Service. Remixes opened in the Compose Tool credit the original via the composer field.
• You promise your submissions are your own work or in the public domain, and that they contain no personal information about children.
• We may remove any content at any time at our discretion.

The Service

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
• We may change or discontinue features at any time.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
